Wrap body "Schäfli"
Description
"Schäfli" wrap bodysuit made of merino wool – in various sizes
- 100% soft merino wool
- Enables easy and gentle dressing
- With turn-up sleeves (depending on size)
The long-sleeved wrap bodysuit "Schäfli" with fold-over cuffs is made from 100% certified merino wool. Only natural, breathable, and exceptionally fine fibers are used – making the bodysuit soft, gentle on the skin, and comfortable to wear.
Thanks to flat, nickel-free snap fasteners at the crotch and side, the wrap bodysuit can be fully opened. This allows it to be easily pulled on over the arms without having to pull it over the head.
What are the advantages of a wrap bodysuit made of merino wool?
Merino wool is naturally breathable, temperature-regulating, and particularly kind to the skin. Its antibacterial properties help reduce odors and make it well-suited for sensitive baby skin.
Our high-quality, certified merino wool keeps your child warm while helping to prevent sweating. The "Schäfli" wrap bodysuit "breathes" with the skin, wicking moisture away from the baby's skin and keeping the body comfortably dry.
What are the advantages of a wrap bodysuit?
A wrap-style bodysuit is particularly practical in the first few months of life: it can be opened completely and doesn't have to be pulled over the head when dressing. This protects the sensitive neck muscles and makes dressing much more relaxed for many babies.
What are the turn-up sleeves for?
Bodysuits in small sizes often feature fold-over sleeves. Babies can have quite sharp fingernails from an early age, and cutting them is often discouraged during the first four to six weeks to avoid injuring the cuticles. The fold-over sleeves on the "Schäfli" wrap bodysuit therefore serve as scratch protection.
How do I wash the wrap bodysuit?
The "Schäfli" wrap bodysuit can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees or hand washed. If machine washed, the spin speed should not exceed 600 revolutions (delicate, hand wash, or wool cycle).
To protect the wool fibers, we recommend using a laundry bag. Use a special wool detergent or a mild shampoo and avoid fabric softener or hygiene products.
When hand washing, do not scrub the bodysuit too hard and do not wring it out.
