What is special about the long-sleeved shirt?

This long-sleeved shirt is made from 100% pure merino wool – without any added materials. This allows the natural properties of merino wool to fully shine: it is soft, breathable, and regulates temperature and moisture.

The fine fibers make the shirt pleasantly soft and comfortable to wear directly against the skin without causing any itching or scratching. As a base layer, it can also help make thicker wool sweaters or other tops more comfortable to wear.

Merino wool is naturally odor-resistant because it absorbs and regulates moisture well. It also offers natural UV protection – practical even in warmer weather.

What is the cut of the long-sleeved shirt?

Our shirts have raglan sleeves. This means that the sleeves are not attached at a seam directly on the shoulder joint, but rather the shoulder area is enclosed up to the base of the neck. As a result, there is no seam on the shoulder.

This is particularly comfortable when the shirt is worn under other clothing or when backpacks and school bags are used – because there is no double seam that could cause discomfort.

The back is made slightly longer to prevent the shirt from slipping out of the pants and to keep the back warm.

Which size is the right one?

We provide the age range as a guideline. The wool, combined with the weave, has a slight stretch, which is why the shirts tend to run large. The following table shows the measurements for sleeve length (measured from the center of the neck), chest circumference, and back length.
