The long-sleeved baby bodysuit is made from 100% certified merino wool. Only natural, breathable, fine fibers were used.
Equipped with flat, nickel-free ring snaps at the crotch and on the side, it can be opened completely and therefore does not have to be pulled over the baby's head when it is put on.
Why is a merino wool baby bodysuit useful?
Merino wool is one of the most versatile natural materials. If it is a fine-grained quality, such as that used by WOOLREX, it is soft, breathable, odor-resistant, skin-friendly, warms and cools.
Our certified Merino wool ensures a balanced body temperature all year round. The skin does not sweat under the merino wool because the wool absorbs moisture and wicks it away to the outside. As a result, the skin always stays dry and does not sweat.
What are the advantages of a baby changing body?
A wrap body is useful and practical, especially in the first months of the baby's life. It has the advantage that it can be opened completely. This means that it can be put on like a jacket and does not have to be pulled over the baby's head.
This makes dressing the baby easy. At the same time, it protects the child's sensitive neck muscles, as the head remains free when putting it on. The sucking reflex is also triggered in many children when something is put over their head. If this is not served, the baby starts crying to draw attention to the problem.
How do you wash a baby bodysuit?
You can wash the baby changing body both by hand and in the machine at 40 degrees. Please use a special wool detergent or shampoo. We generally recommend using a laundry net to protect the garment. For more information please read our "General Care Advice" in the accordion menu on this product page.

General care instructions
General care instructions
Pure merino wool products do not need to be washed often. A simple airing out is usually sufficient.
If washing is necessary, this can be done either by hand or in the machine at up to 40 degrees.
For machine washing, the spin speed should not exceed 60 revolutions. Select the delicate, hand wash or wool wash program.
When washing, close all zips to prevent the wool from pulling threads. In addition, a laundry net should be used to protect the laundry.
Please use a special detergent for wool (e.g. Perwoll ) or a shampoo as detergent. Do not add hygiene or fabric softener when washing. Even special detergents for babies (e.g. Filetti Sensitive) are not suitable for merino wool!
When washing by hand, it is important to ensure that the item of laundry is neither vigorously scrubbed nor wrung.
